Article 1: Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller on the website www.optikann.com in accordance with the "Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Electronic Commerce".

Article 2: General Provisions

2.1. The buyer   declares that he has read and understood the information about the main characteristics of the goods, the selling price, the method of payment, the delivery conditions, the prerequisites for fulfilling the order on the website www.optikann.com  and confirmed it during registration. By approving a distance selling agreement, the Buyer can confirm that, prior to this agreement, the Seller received the address to be provided to the Buyer, the main characteristics of the ordered goods, the price of goods in AZN, including taxes, payment and delivery information.

2.2. The goods to which the contract relates are delivered to the Buyer or to an individual or legal entity at the address indicated by the Buyer, depending on the distance to the Buyer's place of residence for each item, provided that this does not exceed the 15-day period established by law.

2.3. Delivery cost is determined by the commodity placement, this is indicated when placing an order.

2.4. The seller is responsible for supplying the contractual product in a solid, complete form, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the product description, if any, with warranty documents and User's Manual.

2.5. If the seller cannot fulfill his obligations under the contract, if it is impossible to fulfill the ordered product or service, he notifies the consumer prior to the expiration of the contract and returns the goods (cash or gift certificate) to the Buyer within 10 days.

Article 3: Delivery

3.1. This form of contract must be approved by the user in order to supply the product.

3.2.  The goods presented in the online store www.optikann.com  are supplied from Azerbaijan and abroad. The products imported from abroad are delivered to Baku by the world's leading freight companies. Delivery from Baku to the customer is  carried out by a private courier service or postal service www.optikann.com  .

The delivery time for goods delivered from Azerbaijan is 1-3 working days.

The delivery time for imported products is calculated from the end of the campaign and delivered to the customer within 10-14 business days. In the event of an emergency, the customer is notified in advance.

Delivery to any point in Azerbaijan is carried out.

In your personal account on the website www.optikann.com you can track the status of your order at any time in the "Order History" section. 

Article 4: Warranty and Returns

4.1. Any product featured on www.optikann.com  represents the respective brand and is guaranteed to be 100% original. www.optikann.com does not sell  fake or second-hand items.

4.2. Refund

If, after receiving your order, you find a defect with the manufacturer, you can return the item by contacting our Customer Service within 14 (fourteen) business days.

4.3 What to look for when returning?

- the product label must not be torn off;

- The product must not be damaged;

- When filling out, you must attach an invoice;

- Glasses and contact lenses can be returned unused.

4.4. What products are non-returnable?

- Open contact lenses. Cut and used glass;

- Expired goods;

- In the event of a subsequent refusal from the ordered product without a valid reason:

- If the manufacturer has no defect

- Disposable products;

4.5. How do I get a refund for returned goods?

- After the goods have been  returned to the www.optikann.com  office and checked for compliance with the return conditions, your money will be credited to your account or transferred to you personally within 3 working days.
