Cost of delivery:
- Delivery to the metro and suburbs of Baku - 5 AZN;
- In other areas not included in the metro, delivery (Baku and Absheron) fluctuates between 5-15 AZN.
- Delivery to the regions - by mail.
Delivery is carried out the next day after order confirmation.
Is delivery possible on non-working days (Saturday or Sunday)?
Delivery on Saturday is possible. The courier service does not work on Sunday because it is a non-working day.
How to find out where the order is after delivery?
Before starting the delivery of an order, the online store's customer service employee contacts the buyer to confirm the final order and delivery address.
Our delivery staff will call the customer 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm the address. Before the order reaches the customer, he can track the location of the order if he is ready to receive the mentioned calls.
Can I change the delivery date and address?

If the buyer confirms the order, but does not answer the phone calls for any reason (the phone is off, the network is not serviced, etc.) On the eve of delivery, there is no one at the delivery address (no one answers the doorbell) or the address provided the buyer, the house is incorrect, the street does not exist, etc.):
1. The driver-carrier will wait for the client at the specified address for 15 minutes.
2. An online store support representative will call the customer.
3. If the Buyer's phone does not answer calls within 15 minutes, the driver of the online store will be asked to leave the delivery address.
4. As a result, the Client's Order will be canceled.
